Fraudulent Caller ID’s

The Caller ID you are inquiring about is a fraudulent Caller ID and should be listed below. A fraudulent Caller ID occurs when an unknown company or person has stolen or faked a Caller ID and is using it without authorization. We have changed the Caller Name display to “Marketing Fraud” on the Caller ID you are inquiring about to alert you to this issue. Usually, once this is done the calls are much diminished or ceased entirely. However, since the call does not go through us, we are unable to identify who made the call, nor can we trace who made the call. Since the call is not from one of our customers, we cannot forward your Do Not Call (DNC) request to the actual caller.
 
What you can do is contact your telephone provider and ask them to trace the origin of the call – NOT the Caller ID displayed – but the origin of the call. If you have any additional information please do not hesitate to email us to assist us in resolving the issue.
